  I called every branch on Saturday starting 9am to noon and only voice mail. I definitely hate to listen to a recording and don't get the assistance that I need. I use to love before they became Atlantic their customer service was a lot better.

Unfortunately, due to the weather conditions this past weekend, most of our branches were unexpectedly closed or closed early.   Your lobby is closed because of short staff but you have 2 people in drive thru. Why don't you have one in drive thru and one in the lobby?

  Service is incredibly slow and poor. Avoid Judy Michael at all cost. If this branch hires people like Judy who have no manners and people skills they'll continue pushing customers away.

  I can’t believe this place is closed on Saturdays it’s bad enough They are closed on Sunday.

  Hi Jonathan, we are sorry to hear about the inconvenience that you experienced with the Thornburg branch being closed on Saturday. We do have two other branches nearby that do offer Saturday hours. The Cosner Corner branch and Ladysmith branch are both open and hopefully one of those branches would be a convenient option for you on Saturdays when your home branch is closed. Thank you- Renee
