      I’ve dealt with many banks as part of my profession and chose Athol Savings Bank as my own personal bank. Anytime I have a problem, I speak with Dana Hardy who is amazing every time. The tellers are all friendly and it’s local which is amazing.

      Any Bank that sends junk mail to "Customer" instead of the actual resident is not the type of bank I want to be with. I can't STOP the JUNK MAIL!!! I WAS with them, but then found better loan rates and service with a Credit Union, even though it's farther away from me. Glad I left, just wish I could get rid of their JUNK!

      Some lady working the drive through who still remembers dinosaurs roaming free! moving slower than a pot toking sloth... I've been in the drive through with only one car ahead of me for a half hour. You guys really need more efficient people this is out of control!!!!

      Worst service ever. Take ages to get anyone to help you through the drive thru. Old ladies just sit there talking to one another even after they notice your sitting there. Drive through wait time is roughly 5-10 min regardless of date or time of day. Then half the time they give attitude for no reason when they speak to you, likely because they can't ever get the ear piece to work to talk to you. Just an overall horrible bank location due to the employees. Avoid at all costs.
