  The teller Ashley was very helpful and is very well trained and very educated in her job and customer service skills.im handicapped ♿️ and She made me feel like I was any other customer that would be blessed to get her help!!! My brother has an account And I intend to open one there myself and will continue to use that branch and their services as long as Possible. And I would recommendYour services to anyone looking to find a credit Union and if you do happen to go to that branch ask for Ashley cause she is very well educated and a very attentive attentive employee.

  This has to be the most horrible bank on the planet. For the life of me, I cannot get them to help me pay for the new car loan they are servicing. I get a lot of excuses and misdirection, but no one cares enough to hear you when you are articulating your concerns and frustrations. I am sure they will charge you for late payment in the meant time, but here we are, poor work ethics at its best. Hopefully, I will manage to get another bank to pull the loan before then next payment is due assuming i manage to get the first one paid successfully.

  Never in my life have I ever been so Humiliated doing a business Transaction. Had the Nerve to call the Police on my for standing outside waiting on a Client I was buying a Car from .Even after I explained that’s what I was doing . So sad just because you are a Hispanic waiting outside doesn’t mean you are in Danger . Was waiting for them to pull up to get a Cashiers check for the purchase of their vehicles. In the middle of the transaction , an officer walks in very aggressively looking toward me and the customers making us all uncomfortable . Asking the ladies if that’s him. Wow just wow . People like you are what’s wrong with Society . I will be closing my account and filing a complaint . TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !!!!!!! I’d give the a -5 stars if I could . YOU CANT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT !!!! DOING BUSINESS !!!!! My clients were like WOW YOU BANK HERE

  Recently went through the process of financing a car with ACU. Kimberly Cooper helped us through the whole thing! We were not excited to have to buy another unplanned (( due to recent total of our last car)) purchase. She went above and beyond to get it done. Thank you so so much!

  Nikki Wood is the professional's professional. ACU of TX is the preferred lender for Select Jeeps, were my son and I purchased a vehicle for his college transportation needs. Nikki was polite, prompt, and proficient during the entire process from start to finish. Zero issues. She made it easy to do business, and we are grateful for that. If you need a loan, ask for Nikki. She knows her business.

  Brenda at the League City location is probably the worst teller I have ever dealt with and does not know how to effectively communicate. Unfortunantly situations that could be passed of as misunderstandings or miscommunication end up being worse because she will deny ever saying things she said, outright lie and offer no apologies. Please steer clear of this location and please beware of this place if you're military or veterans...

  Just signed up for an account through them on 5/14/21 and they were very polite and even stayed open a few minutes late for me! Which another credit union in the area was not willing to do so they lost my business. So far very pleased!

  A great credit union. Really a part of the community. Great events, customer service and fast drive through. Friendly staff and caring. Good rates and programs. Their youth savings can not be beat. Look forward to another great event at this location. Thanks for making my kids spring break 2019 great!

  Terrible drive thru. If a institution has so many rules and regulations for the drive thru, the rules should be posted. She made me correct the deposit slip just to tell me I have to come inside to make my deposit. A CASH DEPOSIT, thanks for wasting my time.

  Literally the single best bank I have ever experienced. They refinance my car at half the interest rate I had. Also, they help me with credit consolidation to boost my credit.
