  Wait 10 minutes in a drive through because staff was munching on some nuts and wouldn't look behind him. I can never trust that they have counted my money correctly, I end up leaving with more money than I requested or not enough. It's happened at least 9 times and I've only been banking with them for a year. High turn around rate. I personally would never bank with them but my job does so I'm there on a daily basis.

  I used to love this bank until all of the women left (apparently at the same time.). Now this branch is run by men who seem to be in over their head. In the past two months I have walked out countless times as the wait was far too long for the few customers at the bank. No longer speedy service, plus I get the "creeps" when I walk in as it just seems like something "fishy" is going on. I am leaving this bank in the next couple of weeks.

  I went in and made a very large deposit - on the deposit slip i wrote in 100|00 (the line was on the slip. He said "so you want $10.00 back". I said look at the number of zeroes - no I want $100.00 back.

  Good experiences here. Helps to have an appointment to see a banker - necessary on a Saturday.

  Very rude, called in this morning (first time I've ever had contact with this bank), only to have the representative shut down my question, leaving me to awkwardly hang up.
