  My problem isn't with the Ellsworth branch directly but associated bank as a company. We've been dealing with this bank for nearly two months trying to get new construction started to replace our home that burned down. Long story short if your looking for a new construction loan look elsewhere. There are some fantastic employees at this bank but unfortunately they're handcuffed by unnecessary internal processes and regulations that keep them from doing their job effectively.

  Been banking here for a decade, great people and I have never had a fee, even once. I recommend to everyone, including family!

  I will not trust Associated Bank with another financial transaction. Their cumbersome policies and the lack of knowledge of their own policies their staff displays is disappointing. I expect more from an institution that operates within a federally regulated industry. I would recommend against doing business with Associated Bank.

  Terrible. Cant rely on it being open, but can rely on WestConsin and Mcdonalds being open... WTH???
