  Bruce walked us through exactly what we could do and when to do it. Because of our income property it wasn't as straightforward as we would have expected, but he did all of the legwork so it felt just like a first time mortgage for us. He was easy for our realtor and closing agents to work with and always had the answers to our questions. He went above and beyond to make closing as easy and convenient as possible for me. He was so helpful in planning for our home purchase and I highly recommend him to anyone! We used him nearly 4 years ago, and I liked working with him so much that 4 years later I'm gladly writing a review - he made the process THAT easy for us.
