  I wouldn’t suggest doing any business with this credit Union , customer service is never available over phone. Emailing them will only result in some rudeness. They aren’t financially helpful either. They won’t tell you that you missed a bill until the day before they have to contact the credit bureau, in result will hurt your credit. There are better banks and credit unions out there then Ascentra credit union and I wish I knew this beforehand. So do yourself a favor and don’t 🤷🏼‍♂️

  I have banked at Ascentra in Muscatine for over 20 years. They are always extremely helpful and go out of there way to get questions answered with a smile...They makes you feel important and welcomed... whether it's my personal accounts or helping me set up my business, always a class act.

  The service was great they were very friendly and kind. Busy when I arrived but maybe to be expected. The only thing I was concerned about was if the union was backed by a Corp like Han or Boeing. Couldn't figure it out. The other thing was their credit card choices were pretty meh. Otherwise their colors are nice!

  This credit union is amazing got approved for a credit builder loan to help increase my on time payment history and improve my credit score highly recommend Ascentra Credit union

  Great banking and amazing staff, been with Ascentra for banking since 2019 and they have always greater me with a smile. The online banking app that they have is also pretty easy to navigate.

  I do banking in Ascentra for the last 14 years, and I can attest their diligence in providing financial services to their customers. A lot of online banking takes place here, and I never have a problem in this regard. Staff members always have a positive attitude and great you with a smile. Highly recommended!

  They were the only bank to give me a loan 10 years ago. Since then I've gone through over 30 loans an will not go elsewhere due the great staff and loyalty to the bank that gave me a chance.
