      Formerly known as Metropolitan Bank It's the first time in over 40 years I had to stand at the teller window and fill out my own form for a wire transfer, barely understanding how to do so. Even the teller had to check with another teller, she didn't understand it either. Customer Service is not the same as it was when it was Metropolitan Bank and I'm going to be looking for another bank to do business with.

      It would be nice if you could follow your own hours, or at least update on the website like you say you will do on your annoying long phone prompting. Other super nice staff when they are there!
