Ryrie Roth1BBB removed their membership. They have called me 25 times in the past 36 hours. Please don't do business with these folks. It's a complete scam. I have asked them about 5 times to remove me from their call list as I never even sent in an inquiry with them. The calls continue.

Ben Schwartz1I had a mortgage serviced by Chase before refinancing and having the mortgage sold to Arvest. A few days into using them and things are not looking good. Website is borderline unusable and I'm told making payments online gets charged a $5 fee. Is there no possible recourse for customers other than writing reviews that will likely go ignored?

Graham Sleet1They are giving my insurance broker the run around on paying my insurance out of my escrow account. Then, they have the audacity to send me a letter, saying I will owe them for insurance they must provide, because my insurance has not been paid. They have stated they sent two checks, neither received. One they state they overnighted, however, they never updated their system to state a second check was sent. Avoid this company if possible. Never finance through them if given the option. They should be investigated.

Jessica Sisson1Check out other complaints and BBB complaints. Do not do business with if you don’t have to. Our loan was transferred and it’s been a nightmare. Two years in a row they paid 2 insurance companies. Switched carries in 2017. Told them. Emailed them. Signed a letter on their letterhead. Said they take care of it. Guess what? Happened again in 2018. We show you with Insurance co A so why did you pay insurance co B as well? I am telling you, you do not have a say in where your money goes. They are irresponsible with it and then you are out thousands and not to mention the time you are spending tracking down their mistake. You have a signed letter from me telling you who to pay. They do not take any accountability and leave you helpless. May be the worth a finance just to not to have to deal with incompetence.

Aleesha Norman1Our mortgage was sold to them. They kept charging us late fees because even though I sent them checks 5 days before due date, they kept processing them after our due date. So I send them a check 1.5 weeks earlier post dated for when we would have money in the account, guess who magically received my check and withdrew from our account within 3 days causing us an over draft fee, so I know they've been getting my previous payments on time and just holding onto them. I plan on looking into getting a new mortgage company today!!!!

David Anderson1Their customer service phone line was busy for 3 days. I tried different times and days. When I did get into their system it dropped me 4 times. I went through everyone of their options. It did not give me what I wanted and I could not find an option to speak to a person. In the world of technology they still wanted to send and receive information on paper. I tried to set up an account online. Every time I entered my information it said it did not match. I tried every iteration I could think of and I copied the information directly from my coupon book. I left a message for them to contact me by email or phone and it has been many days of silence. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had.

Garrett Kopcso1Been trying to get a payoff statement for over a month from them. They spin you in circles until you want to give up, but can't because it's holding up a refinance. You think them dealing with numbers all day they'd be able to calculate a payoff....real math probably makes their little brains hurt.

Robyn Seippel1How can you charge a $5 convenience fee every month for paying online? So the options to avoid this are: autodraft a large sum of money every month (must be nice to be rich or not have kids), pay by mail (does anyone have stamps?), or call and provide your personal account information to some representative who makes $10/hr and hope they do nothing shady with it.

Bill Vala1I've been making regular on-time payments that are more than my principal for over 4 years. Never late never missed a payment. Recently I have tried to make principal only payments but Arvest chopped the payments and applied some of the principal only intended payments as a regular payment. I've called multiple times with one call lasting almost an hour only to get a team lead who could not understand why the payments were allocated that way and didn't know how to fix them. Complete incompetence. Do not choose Arvest if you have a choice.
