  Pretty good overall. Just wish they were a bit more friendly towards customers. After all, customers are the base of a banking firm.

  Angela in service was awesome - handled both recurring and one time transfers with exemplary communication and response time. I have been a customer for many years and have had good service from both the loan department and the checking/savings transaction team. Very satisfied.

  They keep getting me mixed up with somebody els that has a similar name even when I give them my drivers license! One they deposited my whole biweekly paycheck into his account and I didn’t have my money for 4 days!

  I am a business owner and have had several employees over the years. I am usually very patient however, the young lady currently working the drive thru is obviously in a bad mood or having a bad day. She was not nice and her body language/behavior toward people was making it worse. I hope she has better days in her future or perhaps a career change.

  Excellent people and service. Many of the employees support our community and Randy Torres will often cook burgers or hot dogs for some of our local charities and he always does it with the greatest smile and attitude. Great bank and food! DT

  Worst possible customer service from any employee with a managers ranking. Horrid service and rancid attitudes. I will be cancelling my account, and NEVER be using their services again. If you want a bank that cares only about taking your money and charging outlandish fees, who also care nothing for your personal interest, then by all means, sign up for one of their accounts.

  This is a fantastic branch. Most of the tellers even greet me by name when I approach the counter. Always friendly and have never had a problem there.

  Not gonna lie - ended up getting my mortgage with less preferred bank because of how unimpressed I was with customer service.
