      I have had such poor experiences with customer service here, today they charged my account a service fee for not meeting the minimum balance, I opened my account a couple years ago and never remember them telling me there would be fees for this, nonetheless they refused to refund me for the fee even though this was the first time this has ever happens and I had absolutely no idea about the minimum balance required. I have never been to a bank that has been so unwilling to help and serve their customers.

      Arvest has been the worst banking experience I have had. I switched banks this year cause we were being overcharged at the last bank we had. Now I wish we would have stayed just for the fact of customer service was much better at our last bank. We will definitely be switching soon. Dont let the hometown banking rope you in Arvest has terrible customer service.

      I deposited $500 in cash to the ATM. It didn’t accept the bills, but did not return them to me. I went to the line and the teller told me they had found out the machine was jammed and I’d need to file a claim. They provided no timeline for return/deposit on my money and weren’t sure what I needed To do, they also would not provide me a receipt or written statement gaurenteeing the return/deposit of my funds. The fact the atm was open for deposits when they knew it was broken is ridiculous. I’ve been on hold for over an hour waiting on customer service and haven’t had any progress on resolving the issue.

      Spent my entire 30 minute lunch break here depositing 200 dollars in cash I called the lady and she said they are working as fast as possible and it will be just a moment like I was annoying her... this experience alone makes me want to switch banks

      Bentonville people must be so lazy that the bank only has a drive thru. Wont be back.
