  Worst bank ever vtried to cash a check from their bank that was made out to me I had my driver's license and because I did not have an account there they wanted to charge me $5 to cash one of their checks that is ridiculous not only that I almost couldn't get it cashed because they wanted two forms of ID whenever I had a picture driver's license and the check was made out to me sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes trying to find an alternate form of ID I had my old driver's license with the corner cut off they wouldn't even take it even though they had my current driver's license she told me that the second form of ID would not work because it was out of date even though they had my current driver's license with it the lady at the window was making it impossible

  I had the pleasure to work with Amanda Spruce. I just was to say the customer service she exhibited was outstanding! She educated me on the process of my loan, she was kind and her personality was explosive. I wish there was more people who performed on her level in banking!   Arvest is a great little Bank, the staff is friendly and helpful, they always have some sort of snacks in there or coffee, usually it's popcorn though. I usually go in there to get money off of my debit card and it's always fast and easy. All in all Arvest is a good little Bank!

  Inside is always very clean. But the drive thru is slow most of the time. We seem to always show up when everyone else needs banking services too! Maybe the reason is because they usually only have one person to work at a time for the drive thru. But they do get busy.

  Arvest Bank is a good place to do all your banking. Soon as you walk into the bank they greet you by your name and they have a great staff at the Mcalester branch. My wife and I bank with Arvest for last 10 years. 5*****

  Most of the time I go in they only have one teller with 10 plus people waiting in line. The app works on and off and you can’t get money orders thru the drive thru. Very frustrating
