  Bear told us when we opened an account in May that they had been sold to Arvest but we could use our Bear checks for a year. So - my husband ordered an extra large order of business checks. Thursday, Sept. 20, Bear told him he could only use Bear checks through Monday, the 24th. Again, he ordered a large order of payroll checks. Yesterday, Bear now told him he could use Bear checks until the first of the year. And Dan’s debit card doesn’t work. We’ve been out a lot of needless expense with this bank. I hope Arvest knows more about how to run a business!

  The Ashdown location redefines “banker’s hours!” Better call before you make the drive to make sure they’re open. That branch should just be shut down. Can’t depend on them.

  Couldn't verify funds in CD without having me wait over 2 days. Then told me I needed to sign form as authorized represtative. How can I be authorized to verify funds when I'm not bank employee. Arkansas stupid.

  Bank hours on google says closing time is at 5:00pm. Stopped in at 4:30 and they’re closed! They need to fix hours! Drove from Texarkana for nothing!

  Not a good banking experience. Nearly impossible to reach by phone. Will not return a phone call as promised.
