      Horrible customer service. CC was stolen, and since then its been a huge pain. Blown off by management then tried to close my account. Told the 3 days I give them wasnt enough notice to retrieve my $$. Bank president was equally useless. Shuffled me off to a manager. Asked to talk to the president cause management wouldn't return my calls. Go to another bank. Not 1 thing I would recommend about these people. Switching banks again after just a few months of being with these people.

      This is by far my favorite Arvest to go to. All of the employees are super nice and most greet me by name. It's just a really nice place to bank at.
