  I love Arrowhead as a whole better than I did Bank of America. I just have issues with their atm machines at times and that's why I took one star off. Otherwise its perfect for me. I never go inside so I can't say what their customer service is like. The two times I've been inside have been perfect though.

  Customer since 2014, I have been satisfied with Arrowhead so far. I'm a very "basic" customer. I just need a debit card and checkbook. As long I can see my statements and not be charged with fees, I'm a happy camper! A couple of times, I used the website for questions and I had next day, an answer. I'm using the online bill pay without any complaint. I also apply for a car loan at the branch and the person was helpful and gave me a quick approval. I didn't use it finally. And my very few visit at the branches always been ok. Sometimes there's some wait lines but I had the same to my previous "big national" bank that was charging me $15 per month!. I would recommend them.

  This Credit Union is way behind the times. I would say probably by about five years. Their services are those that were introduced years ago and when I asked when they'd be implementing more streamlined services they said that they weren't even looking into that possibility. The lines are always long when you go inside and the wait for an advisor is equally as long. If you're comfortable going with the bigger banks I'd suggest you do so.

  The time that i have been with arrowcredit union it has been good. The employees inside are very helpful and make u feel comfortable. I only had one complaint and that was my acct has had an annoying block on it For 6 months now. For a check that was fraud on the companies fault not mine. They wanted to close me but they put that 6 month hold on it. Other then that the redlands branch is great

  I have been a member of the Redlands Branch for near twenty years. I have witnessed a massive improvement as far as customer service. This specific location is always clean, well organized and very friendly. My interest rates are always low, and I'm never required to pay uncessary, excessive fees! The app has come a long way as well. I bank online on a daily basis! Arrowhead is a fantastic, local bank!!!!!! Thank you Arrowhead!!!!! 💵💰💵💰

  MAKE NOTE: the review below is almost a year old. I will update again later next time I visit this branch. This notice placed Tues 02Feb2021. Wednesday May 27th 2020 This branch is open, line out the door. Both branches in highland closed due to positive covid. Call in advance. Give me a thumbs up if you find this helpful.

  My wife and I came by The Arrowhead Credit Union last Tuesday 3/14/17 to pick up an "Arrow Check" in order to buy a new car. What was advertised as an "easy" process to "stop by and pick up the check" turned out being a 2 hour wait while staff figured out how to fill out their own form. While we waited we were advised to see Tommy with Autoland, a member service designed to help research and give quotes for a desired car. While Tommy explained he would have quotes by the very next morning, we have still yet to hear from him. POOR customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Opened a new account today , and the wait was about 20 minutes i was very disappointed already , the place was empty no lines or no one waiting . I was pretty upset when an employee passsed me and asked her to please hurry. Since they say our voice is heard I'd advise this place to take care of customers in a timely matter people have lives , i mean you already don't have have appointment line or anything. Please work on that because that is VERY frustrating.

  I've been with Atrowhead Credit Union for 12 years and I love everything about it. Except the locations. We need more access to ATM's
