  Bank discriminates and has lousy customer experiences. Just witnessed my friends personal account being closed because she owns a legal dispensary. No business was mixed. Sorry reason to shame your customers. Her whole family was booted. Closing my account asap.

  I'm giving this bank a one star only because I have to, to post this review. My wife opened up an account with this bank last year, A few days ago she finds out her account had been closed by the bank due to excessive cash transactions. My wife is a 25% owner in a cash business in Wagoner as are others. Oklahoma has gambling, medical marijuana, taxi and many other business that deal in cash. So what do these people do when they deposit their money in a bank such as Armstrong Bank. Stay away from Armstrong Bank, you are not wanted there.

  I have banked at Armstrong for at least 6 years possibly longer. Today I called to tell them I had a wire transfer coming from Quicken because I recently refinanced my house. Quicken told me to call and let them know which I told the young lady Angel I was speaking with. Her response, " I am not going to sit here and watch you account all day." It was the attitude that did me in. This is not the first time I was treated rudely. They seem to be ok as far as banking fees and online app, but the customer service is horrible. .

  First off wasn't notified that my account was restricted then call the bank to see what was going on an no one answered there phone when it was during business hours. Went to use my card said it was not good. It's ridiculous when a bank can't inform you about your account when my pay check goes in every two weeks without fail. This is bad business and will be taking my account else where
