  There are NO words to express how professional and polite the entire staff of Arkansas federal credit unions Van Buren branch does business. Every time I called, arrived in person, or needed any assistance of any sort they were always ready to help. It did not matter if I was dealing with my loan officer directly or a teller at the drive-thru, because I knew they would find the answer or point me in the right direction to complete my task at hand. Due to the amazing customer service this branch provided I am going to only be doing business with them from here on out For any future financial needs I may need. If you have not done business with Arkansas Federal credit Union Van Buren branch then you are missing out because Customer Service like this is rarely found. Again I wanna send out my gratitude and appreciation for everything Arkansas federal credit union in Van Buren branch has done for me and my family you deserve more than just five stars!

  They have assisted me in a variety of services (especially, over the last few days) at the drop of a hat and made sure to be available when it was convenient for my hectic work schedule. I couldn’t be more thankful for that, but even more so, with how knowledgeable they have all been in their specific areas. I have always been happy as a client, however, after these recent experiences and the “extra mile” that everyone (especially K.S.) has already gone for me, has solidified me as a loyal and incredibly grateful member of Arkansas Federal Credit Union in Cabot, AR.

  Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I had transactions posted to my account after I deliberately told ACU to not allow the posting. Then my account was hit with NFC fees. Today I have decided to close out my account completely. I will not recommended this bank to anyone, not even my dogs. Hope credit union is amazing that’s also offered in Little Rock Arkansas. I encourage everyone to check them out.

  The employees are nice. I only use the drive thru though, I try not to go in. I know alot of people that I write a check to complain to me and tell me they have to pay 5.00 to cash the check, which isn't right. I haven't had to replace a debit card yet but at my other bank you just walk in and get a new one for free.....why would AFCU do this to their customers, that's going to far just like charging 5.00 from the person we wrote the check too to have to pay. So I try not to write checks that people would have to cash. It humiliate s me when they call and tell me that. So I think some changes in the way things are charged really need to be reviewed by the higher up. Which who knows if my post will even stay on the review.

  I was given a quote 4.75 % on a UTV. When I went to get the loan the loan percent had changed to 8.99. They said that was impossible. They cant even do it for 4.75%. They lied. And wouldn't do any thing about it. Absolute lies. And it wasn't because of credit score either.

  This bank customer service is the worst i even seen, your on hold forever. Plus the bank hours are horrible. And replace a debit card went from 5.00 to 10.00..talk about ripping off customers. I could go on for days about this bank..

  I don't understand why they have a phone # if they are not going to ever answer it! This is horrible customer service - that is the #1 thing that could be easily fixed! Time is money folks!
