If it were Not for Regina Williams's email asking me if I still need their help, then perhaps I would still be looking and searching for another Hard Money Lender and Yes, they are Not that easy to find.   What do I say about a company that should be every business model. I have an old Deed of Trust with Reclusives, Dead people and Dead (paid) loans long gone. Many a folk gave me miss-information, said it was never going to clear, also saying it was easssy to clear. Yet no one held a hand to some one (me) who is not stooopid (sic) yet not intelligent enough to wade through the bureaucracy. Warren is a godsend.
