  Very pleased with Appalachian. They work very hard to help you out anyway they can. Beth does an amazing job working with people to find a solution to their problem. Very reasonable and very professional! Beth and Elizabeth are great professional people.

  Worst place to borrow money they do not care about your situation very rude people especially Beth knuckles please do not go to this company to borrow money she will not talk to you she will call the police on you. I borrowed $1000 only owed $1434.30 at time of court date after paying $900 these ppl garnished my check for $1908 Good business? No it’s not on any level!!

  At Appalachian Financial we strive for the best customer service as possible. We are here to help people with financial needs as well as those that are having financial difficulties. Even though it’s our desire, It is unfortunate that we are not able to help everyone even though we strive for a great outcome. We ask all our customers that are having financial difficulties to come in and sit down and talk to us. It is our hope and desire that customers who come in good faith we loan money to that they pay us it the terms and condition stated in the contracts. And if for some reason they can’t we ask them to let us know their problems and let us know when they can pay and hopefully we come to a honest solution. As anyone could understand when you do not try and work with us, we must seek legal help. I would suggest to anyone who needs a loan, give us a try see if we are not the friendliest and best lending institution in town.
