  Annika Lynn is not only one of the best people we know, she is also an unparalleled mortgage professional. There is no one who will care more, go longer, dig deeper, or give more of themselves to making sure her clients receive superior care. Personally and professionally, Annika just gives a damn and approaches every client dealing with kindness and integrity. To us, that is literal GOLD! The reason Annika has so many repeat customers has to be that she truly delivers her best to her clients with outstanding knowledge and advice in the mortgage field and the money game itself.   I cannot express enough gratitude for Annika with Movement Mortgage. As a [clueless] first time buyer, Annika simplified the process and ensured that I understand what was happening every step of the way. Annika saved me from a terrible situation with another company. Annika took the time to explain every charge that was on their quote (something that wasn't done for me) and helped me understand what I was about to sign onto. And she did so without promoting herself or her own company. She made me feel like I had options and I did not have to sign onto anything just to ensure I met my closing deadline. Trust is a huge factor is signing onto a 30 year loan and Annika is someone that you want on your team! I realized very quickly that I needed to switch from that company and work with Annika! Annika was able to offer me a conventional loan without a cosigner which was not even an option with the other company. AND....she is a miracle worker. I switched companies 6 days before my closing date. She worked with me to ensure that I would close within a reasonable timeframe and helped close my loan in SIX BUSINESS DAYS (for legal purposes, please know that it was across some weekend days too!). Can we talk about that miracle? I cannot recommend anyone better than Annika!

  I've had the pleasure of knowing Annika for over 4 years. She has been invaluable to my family and I!!! Due to employment opportunities, I had a few cross-country moves, and Annika was able to provide guidance in navigating the waters of purchasing homes remotely.   Truly can't say enough about Annika and team, but there's a good chance I wouldn't be a homeowner without her loan assistance. My wife and I are young professionals just establishing ourselves. With complicated forms of variable and fixed incomes, other loan companies were difficult or unwilling to work with us. After a failed attempt to purchase a home with another lender, our realtor referred us to Annika and Movement Mortgage, confident that she could help us. Annika called me within hours, and assured me that we could find a loan that was right for us. Several months later, we are buying a home that is beyond what we were originally looking for, in a totally bizarre market. It definitely wasn't easy, but she was always super responsive and positive! I would recommend Annika and her team to any potential home buyer!

  After several attempts with trying to get our home refinanced, only to be lead down a worse road, Annika and her team were connected with us through my favorite uncle! From Day 1, Annika did EVERYTHING she said she would do, and then some! The transition between team members by handling docs and signings and schedules was seamless. Annika would call us at 8:00 at night just to double check info. Denise and Jody stayed on top of me to get every bit of info they needed to meet deadlines and get us to closing! They are an unbelievable team dedicated to the client and certainly go above and beyond any and all companies I have worked with professionally in the past 25 years!
