  I did a cash out-refi and start to finish Brian answered all my questions, helped me understand the step by step process. There were some small hiccups but Brian was able to reevaluate and come up with a workable solution. His team which included Donna also went over and beyond with giving me updates regarding underwriting. I highly recommend using them!
