  We were referred to Annette and her team at Guild mortgage during a hard time. We had hit a wall with the Lender we were working with and had no choice but to pull the plug. Suddenly, Annette and her team came to the rescue!!! We were first time home buyers with no previous experience. She and her team took us in and made the home buying experience SO simple!   I was referred to Annette by a realtor who I thought had my best interest. At the start everything seemed okay. Being a first time buyer, going through this whole loan lending process was a first. After tell Annette about my situation and everything. I thought she would be able to assist. I was wary about ruining my credit however I knew it needed to be done. Here’s where I have a problem! After running my credit and having another brief conversation. That was the last I have heard from her. I tried to reach out and it’s been over a month. It wasn’t until recently that my realtor who referred me to her stated that she was carrying the load of other lenders. Which is okay, what is not okay the lack of respect to text call or email that information directly. It’s just respect for clients and courtesy to people time. I could’ve save that credit run for a company who hand time for me! Maybe she is good with other but overall very disappointing. I’m a young single mom and I feel like I was no made a priority to at least be given a phone call or text.
