  My experience with Angela was nothing short of phenomenal. I was looking to purchase my first home with a VA loan and Angela guided me through it every step of the way from what I could afford to what VA looks for. She is very professional, punctual and thorough . She made the whole process from start to finish very easy and smooth and kept in constant communication which is very crucial .   Let me tell you a couple of things. Angela and her team at Prime lending are the best at what they do. When I buy my second house the Prime lending team will be the first phone cal! If your a Veteran and are using your VA Loan Angela will have your back! She helped and guided my wife and I through every step. Truly truly amazing! Thank you to the whole prime lending team. Thank you too Angela, Kathleen, and Gloria and Jenna. Truly amazing. From looking at houses to putting in offers, to our closing day. Buying a house for the first time, they all made it easier then I could have ever imagined. Truly grateful for the last 45 days of amazing work from the team.   Angela and her team help us every step of the way. My wife and I are new/ first time home buyers. Angela taught us how the home buying process happens what to look out for especially as interest rates were on the rise.   When our original lender dropped the ball in the final hour of closing and my family was left without a mortgage to close on our new home, we were put in contact with Angela at PrimeLending. Angela single-handedly took our file and worked night and day to see our loan through! She was extremely personable and easy to work with and made sure my families best interests were kept in mind, while ensuring everything was done in an extremely fast manner! I was amazed at how we went from being homeless and crashing with relatives, to moving into our new home in such a record time! Would HIGHLY recommend Angela! 10/10, Five stars, two thumbs up!

  I started my house buying journey two years ago. I am a freelance contractor and went through so many hoops to secure a loan. Last year I stumbled upon Angela on a Zillow recommendation and without much hope I emailed. Angela called me and I told her my entire house buying journey. We went through all my financials and based on what I told her, said I would need to wait for one more years of taxes and then I could apply. She knows her stuff and didn’t waste my time pulling credit history like previous lenders. As soon as I did my taxes I gave her a call and off we went. She and her team have been looking out for our little family ever since. If you are looking for someone that knows what they are doing and cares for her customers, look no further.   I am not even sure on how to summarize my amazing process, but i will make an honest attempt . I have to give most of the efficiency of my process to the Demaris team, the team was highly responsive, dedicated, effective, meticulous, ambitious,realistic, immaculate and superb, from the beginning till the end, coming into this process I was clueless . Angela on the other hand with over decades of experience explained the process to me patiently . I told her my must haves and what numbers I did not want to surpass and she ensured it came to fruition. I was afraid that everything was going too smooth especially after reading other people’s reviews, but nope I was with team ace, team get it done, team efficient.
