  We had a fantastic experience with Kristian at Angel Oak. We recently finished a new construction house and had a mortgage with another company. We didn't even think about refinancing this early but after talking with Kristian we decided to refinance. We are so glad we did. Not only is our month payment down but Kristian will help us save thousands of dollars over the life of our loan. I can't recommend Kristian and his team enough. A++ experience.

  Edwin was great to work with. Edwin explained the lending process in detail at every step and was extremely transparent. Buying a home can be a bit overwhelming for a first-time buyer but Edwin eased that pressure by guiding me through the process.

  Casey Cochran was our mortgage advisor when purchasing a 2nd home. Casey was professional and answered every text, phone call and email quickly. She went above and beyond to help us close on time. I gave this a 4 star rating only because, as any loan, approval can be nerve-wracking and tedious. Casey herself, deserves nothing less a 5+.

  I have refinanced over the years several times. Pete and his team made this the easiest and least stressful of any of them. He was on top of things from day one,kept us advised of progress of the application at each step. Answered questions quickly and accurately. His assistant Lisa made the documentation and the paperwork easy...I am a tech dinosaur and I appreciated her patience as I learned about e signatures etc. All and all...they are terrific?
