  You can’t reach anyone by phone on a regular basis no matter what day of the week it is. Voicemails are not returned, emails to them get no response of any kind. They used to be the best credit union around but in the last 3 or 4 years they’ve steadily gone downhill. This is no longer the business that it was and we are now in the process of going elsewhere.

  After refinancing and saving several hundreds monthly on my car in 2019, I called to prequalify when I was looking to buy a new vehicle in 2022. Rakeya made it easy and helped me coordinate with the dealership before the holiday weekend with great financing rates. Keep it local and call before you go to the dealership, it was hassle free and saved the negotiating on the front end at the dealership. .

  Tellers are extremely slow at the drive through especially when you are the only vehicle in line. Customer service use to be very courteous and pleasant, now 98.99% are rude with lack Customer service skills. Switching to Barksdale credit union soon before the year is out.

  I love driving up to the drive thru and seeing everyone. They are so friendly and personable. I absolutely love Aneca Credit Union. They have helped me learn so much about building my credit and I have made some incredible friends. Great Credit Union to be apart of!!

  I applied for a PPP loan at Aneca after being told my Capital One that they were only taking names, not applications. Within 24 hours of submitting my application and documentation, I was approved and funded. Jessica Watkins and Brent Paddie were awesome, responsive and professional. The other staff members with whom I had contact were pleasant and helpful. I became a member and look forward to a great association with Aneca as they continue to serve our community.

  Free checking account for members is nothing new. I joined Aneca in 1988 when I worked at 525 Milam Street and they were on the first floor, just off the lobby. Their online banking is so convenient.

  Was told to wait for a call to reschedule an interview. I call this morning and they say they have already offered the position to someone. Disgusting and unprofessional. They never reached back out to me and I didn’t have the chance to prove myself. Ridiculous.

  Customer for 25+ years when they were in the old Arkla (Centerpoint) building downtown. Up and down service over the years, but they are currently on the "up" side and have been for several years now. They do have more turnover in the last few few years than it was in earlier years. Great customer service dept, online Internet, and mobile device apps.

  The Youree Drive branch, was so helpful, nice, fast & has a good work ethic. I just love customer service.
