  Very professional, informative & professional, Kaleb & Kennedy were there for me non stop , they treated me like family & were always there for inquiries I had!   This bank is probably THE WORST bank and mortgage company I have ever dealt with. On top of being slow in every aspect and losing all of my personal information NUMEROUS times, they now have no recollection of a loan number that they themselves have provided me with. Please tell me how that happens. I definitely DO NOT recommend this mortgage company.

  We bought our first home using Ameris for our mortgage and loan. Liz Cole and team were the most amazing agents! Liz specifically stayed on top of every aspect of our home buying process, explaining each step and helping us to get a rockstar rate! We really grew to see Liz as a confidant and friend! 5 stars plus for the whole team at Ameris. We absolutely LOVE them!

  Unfriendly and uncaring customer service. I felt harassed by receiving a call at work for a payment reminder. Very unprofessional. I asked them remove my work number . . . we'll see!!
