  ASB has great customer service and friendly staff. We recently switched all our accounts to ASB and Kristi, at the Osceola main bank was great to work with. Special thanks to Teresa Jackson for helping me get my mobile app installed on my phone. She showed me how to use the features in the app.

  I have trusted ASB with both my business and personal banking needs for nearly 20 years. Fantastic staff! Large enough bank to service all of our financing and other banking needs along with the personal service of a small bank. Their ability to make fast decisions allows our business to react quickly to opportunities that present themselves. If you are looking for a bank in southern Iowa, I would definitely recommend ASB!

  I always have great service with American State Bank. Melissa has helped me out when I couldnt get logged in on my mobile app. Even on a holiday when they were closed. I love our small town bank!!

  Excellent staff! Cutting edge technology and the best bill pay and pop money around! Personal service and knowledgeable staff. I cannot say enough good about this bank! Please, if you need a bank, go to this one! Mellony, Kevin, Ethan, Annette, and Deb are THE BEST! And lots of others too.

  Whenever I call in and talk to Kristi or Debbie they are always very knowledgeable in answering my questions! Unlike bigger banks, you don’t have to be transferred 5x to get help! Melissa is always helpful with questions on my account or card as well! By far the best bank in Osceola— hands down!!
