  Morgan Braud is the bomb, if you're looking to close on time. Call her. As an Insurance agent in this industry, you hear a lot of bad reviews on Loan Officers. She's by far the best one out there, working for the client. Call her if you are in LA or TX, she will have you pre approved and ready to close in no time!

  Working with Morgan made our home refinance so easy. She walked us through every phase of the process and consistently kept us in the loop with up-to-date information. Going into the refinance, most people we talked to about the process told us how much of a hassle the whole thing could be, but we were more than happy with the results and support received from the whole team at ASM. Would definitely recommend them for all of your lending needs.

  Since I'm a first time homebuyer, Morgan spent a bunch of time texting/emailing/calling/video calling to answer all my questions both on the weekend and weekdays. She was patient and walked me through everything and gave me updates the whole way through. We definitely will be going with Morgan at American South Mortgage again.

  Being a REALTOR, I work with many lenders. I see the good ones and the not so good ones. I have had many deals with Nathan and he is by far, one of the best! I feel very comfortable sending clients to him because I know they will be very well taken care of. Nathan strives to make himself available for his clients. He understands that most people work job's and they cannot get away easily, so if you cannot go to him, he will come to you. Nathan is also a Notary and can close his own deals, which is a benefit to the client. He is highly recommended!

  We thought about buying a house before, and always ran into issues. My husband said, "Don't worry. When it's the right house, it will be easy." Well, I'm happy to say that we have been in our new home for a month, and it really was easy, thanks to Erin Gros. She was very knowledgeable and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. She walked us through the process step by step. She was very straightforward and thorough. I couldn't have asked for a better mortgage broker! Thanks!
