  Dhaval Kadakia helped me close the house within the time limit that was set prior to the procedure. He is very knowledgeable and was great at responding back on time.   I recently bought a home in northern NJ and used American Royal Mortgage Corp. Everyone at ARMC was phenomenal. Someone was always available to answer all of my questions, and walk me through the process of buying a home. As a first time home buyer, this was incredibly comforting as it can be an overwhelming process when you are making a huge purchase like this.   Dhawal, Lavanya and Janaki were wonderful and helpful. Dhawal walked with me through the process step by step. I would highly recommend him for first time buyers or refinancing.   Very easy process for finance and refinance residential or commercial properties. Mr. Hitesh and Mr. Dhawal guided me so well to get maximum amount with lowest possible interest rate. I forget to tell you all staff so efficient, they do understand your concern, requirement and priority.I was totally worry free for my whole loan process.   We were introduced to American Royal Mortgage(Dhawal/Rupal) by a friend who recently purchased an house as well. We were really impressed by their service and Needless to say, it was the best decision we made.Explained us each step in detail while laying out all the possible scenarios and importantly getting us the best rate among 4 other lenders.
