  I really love how the process of buying home was pretty straight forward with APM. As a first time home buyer, I went through 2 realtor's, 2 loan company's, and a lengthy process. So it was a breathe of fresh air to finally find a company that was working for me and my needs. I had every question answered and had Crystal with me every step of the way.   I am so grateful to Pete Reilly and Jamie Hanson for their excellent work helping me to get a home loan after a lengthy divorce. Pete is skilled at working with people who have different needs due to divorce. When I thought I was staying in the marital home, Pete got me pre-qualified for a re-fi--he worked with my attorney and got her a letter in a couple days so I'd have it at court. When I ended up losing the house, Pete and Jamie were great at working with me and my co-signer to get a new home loan in place. Jamie even hassled the title company and worked closely with my real estate agent to get me into a new house with a less than 30-day escrow! I recommend Pete and Jamie without hesitation. They are both super competent, but are also very personable--they actually care! I cannot thank them enough for helping me to get into a new home that is comparable to the one I had to leave.

  I apologize to the Temecula office of American Pacific Mortgage. Thank you Tyler so much for pointing out your branch location. The Temecula office is NOT the office we worked with and they were NOT the ones who created so many issues delaying the process of our refinance and adding unnecessary fees.
