Hate this bank. Will be switching to a different bank ASAP. Extremely slow, rude, and I have never received the checks I ordered TWICE. They cancel your cards without notice to give you a different one because of “security breaches”. Both times they cancelled, I found out because my card got declined. Very embarrassing and extremely inconvenient to have to use cash for weeks until the new card came in. Terrible bank, do not go here.

I've banked here for a few years and every single person I have dealt with has been polite, patient and courteous. I have to had any banking issues that were not dealt with quickly and professionally. Everything from the mobile bank to the loan office is run with proficiency.
