  The family here is wonderful I have been going there on and off in the past. I truly feel they are very fair and reasonable. They are very nice people willing to help. Always had great conversation there. Very endearing to me. They are very intelligent and knowledgeable on a many things. And to be honest every time I would go there I would be happy knowing that I would be greeted with welcoming smiles and just good positive energy.   Visited last month... Was hesitant at first but who wouldnt be walking into a pawn shop with hopes and some doubts, but I have to admit I am very pleased with my sale, & I felt very comfortable while there. Will keep going back! Highly recommend going there! Family Oriented Business ran by the Best in OC... Couldn't be happier!! Thank You 😁🤑

  I love these guys! They are ALWAYS willing to help me out when I need it. If you've been to pawn shops before, you'll be blown away at how awesome this place is.

  Nice family owner business that I will recommend to friends and family. 99% of the visits to this shop we seem to come to an agreement. That’s a really good percentage when compared to the other shops in OC.

  Everyone at this store was extremely nice as well as engaging,fair,and social. I don't like to haggle,and was given an overly fair price. The amount of favorable reviews and the experience of others only affirm the stores quality and character, they have been in business for ages,and would welcome everyone to either come buy loan or sell.

  I’ve been going to the store for six years, it’s all-around great place to do business with, buying, selling, trading. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, they always have a great stock of merchandise. if you’re into antiques, guitars and equipment these folks are your experts, if you need to get a loan, it’s quick, easy and drama free

  I HIGHLY recommend American Jewelry and Loan! I found the shop on yelp and couldn't be more satisfied! The shop is family run - by a father and son. I brought in a watch to sell. They were so patient, professional and honest! They took the time to look up the value and offered me a very fair price! I really appreciated working with such a wonderful shop! Thank you! There's so much in the store to buy! Great prices, wonderful people! I'll be back!

  Great place to shop. It has been over a year since I visited, but feel that service this great deserves good feedback. Visiting from NZ I popped in to check out the shop, I was not disappointed, excellent service and selection. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and was a gentleman. He even arranged to have my watch box sent to NZ for me as we would be travelling thought-out the beautiful USA. Thank you so much, Chris Parker.

  Love this family owned and operated place. I know pawn shops get a seedy rep but these guys make it a friendly and warm environment, like any other retsil store. Especially if your in a bind, they truly care and will help. Plus they have a ton of cool and affordable products. They are a staple in the community, you can just tell from their interactions with customers. Great family, great business!

  I have been bringing my valuables here for about 4 years now and it's the only place I trust with my jewelry. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and I feel completely at ease leaving some of my prized possessions with them. If there's ever a problem they're always willing to work with me to make it right and it's amazing to see the same faces year after year. no one leaves because it's such a wonderful place! I will continue to come here and only here when it comes to my jewelry until the day their door closes which I hope never happens!
