  American Heritage is easily the greatest credit union/bank. I've seen Tim there for years now and he seems to enjoy the atmosphere as much as I enjoy the rates. Tim was a wonderful advisor and Patrick helped me tremendously. Great place filled with even better people. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

  Tim Greenwald was very much helpful. But there was a woman Shanick that kept interupting the entire loan process. It was very important to stay with the same person who knew what I was dealing with.

  Although I wasn't happy about someone stealing money from my checking account, everyone I spoke to was very helpful from the fraud department as well as the credit union employees. I'm definitely hoping they are able to get my money back. They did credit me some of the money. There really is a big difference in dealing with a credit union rather than a bank. They treat you like it's your money which it is, not like it's theirs, which is how a bank acts.

  American Heritage FCU is great to deal with. I have been banking with them for years and they make the loan process just so easy and all the staff is great at the Quakertown branch.
