Adriana Estrada1Horrible service and let me tell you why. A few days into buying a new car, I was harassed and threatened because there was a confusion with my insurance. The whole time I was insured w full coverage and the lady who called me didn’t understand/believe me so I had my insurance company call themselves to explain. Secondly, their payment options are not practical whatsoever. Sending it by mail a week or 2 in advance and having the possibility of it not getting there in time or paying over the phone and paying a fee. Again, not practice. Who has the time to do that? It’s 2022. You also have to make a payment before 5pm or it won’t be processed on time. Lastly, the customer service is horrible. I literally had to tell the lady hold on hold on let me talk because she just kept interrupting me. I legit had to tell her get some better customer service. I was going over the options and she just kept saying, “you have options you have options” like I know I get that I’m just trying to say they’re not practical. The first time they called me it was also horrible. Like I said, they just threatened me with no reason. If you don’t like people, get out of customer service. I know customer service and have worked in it as well as been a supervisor for over 7 years. This is disgusting to say the least. I will most definitely be changing companies.

Peachi P.2I've kept up with all my payments and this company has been just okay overall. Unless you're on auto-pay, there are fees for each and every transaction. No app or online website so you'd have to call into pay, and only when it's office hours. When my credit improved, I asked about refinancing for a better rate and they flat out told me no, they don't offer ANY refinancing options. Whatever rate you start with, you'll be stuck with. The amount of paper mailing is ridiculous, most communications can be done with a simple email, auto text, or phone call. The way in which they run their business is that of an early 1990's/2000's business, and is more hassle than anything. I will not finance with them in the future nor recommend them to anyone unless they're your absolute last and only option.

giselle moreno1HORRIBLE SERVICE, Spoke with a guy named Gustavo, he was very rude telling me to call on time and not call last minute before they close, I was calling at 4:30pm and their page says they close at 6:30pm. This is not something you tell a customer, and this is not the first time I'm having arguments with this guy and all of the workers there behave the same way company really should do something about it. I am definitely changing my finance company.

David Martinez4Made my payments on time = no problems or hassle. Of course, I was very lucky to have a job and was able to afford this. But I've had problems in the past with other loans. People have to understand what they are getting into and that of you can't pay the loan then your gonna get your car taken.

Zullie de la cruz2The service is good for the most part but there a specific female who just doesn’t listen when you talk to her and it has happend more than once and. Yu try to explain and it’s like she doesn’t want to hear it. Martha needs to get an attitude check and have a better tone and actually listen of your ganan ask a paying costommer a question and if they are trying to explain something to you. When I called back to get things straightened out with Martha and asked to get transferred to Ernesto who answerd the second time I called ( Ernesto is great friendly and very helpful) she said she would transfer and ended up hanging up the phone. Don’t use this location

Haran Alvarez1Offers no online payments. It’s 2019 already. Common guys. 10$ payment fee or a 3$ automatic recurring payment fee. They don’t close at 5:30 but at 5pm. I couldn’t make my payment. Thanks for nothing.
