  Dave Turner came recommended to us as a local lender with unbeatable rates. This proved true. However, Dave definitely has more to offer than just great rates. The application system is smooth and easy to navigate, and simple for uploading requested documents. Dave oversees all aspects of the process, and doesn't just hand you off to an processor. He ensures all parties submit what is needed to get the loan approved and closed on time. I have already recommended him to others for both new home purchases and refinances.

  I was shopping for a refinance and had several options on the table. Ryan Harris and AFMC blew me away with a great rate, low closing costs and zero pushy sales tactics. Getting the documentation to them was easy and all done online via e-signature. Ryan was always available immediately to answer any question at any time.   American Federal Mortgage was great to work with. Ryan Harris made everything really easy and kept me up to date at all times during the process in order for me to lock in the best rate possible. Everything is done electronically which made things very easy. They were able to provide a commitment letter in less than two weeks where it took the person buying my home over a month and lots of delays. This is the last thing you need to worry about when purchasing a home. I will be recommending American Federal Mortgage and Ryan Harris to everyone looking to refinance or purchase a new home.

  Brian Snipp did an outstanding job from first email to closing for my mortgage in Spring 2021, I could not be more pleased. He really went above and beyond as his responses were usually in less than an hour and he seemed to work well into the evening/night. He was so patient in answering all of my questions, most by email and some by phone. I couldn't believe the Great Rates AFM had - and really just saw it during a search on Google. Was hesitant at first since it isn't one of the Big companies you usually see advertised, but I strongly recommend Brian and AFM!!!!

  We refinanced with AmFed. It was our 3rd mortgage with Tony Cancellieri. We do not even look around anymore. When we need something, we call Tony. He gets us the best rates and terms and he's the nicest guy. Never pushy! Thanks, Tony!

  We have refinanced with Ryan Harris and American Federal Mortgage 3 times as rates have fallen. Each time, Ryan has been great. The most recent re-fi was mostly electronic. Very easy and quick. Ryan was always available for calls and through e-mail. The settlement took 7 minutes. The whole process was efficient, professional and responsive.

  What a fantastic experience refinancing my mortgage with this company!! Carl Casperson was able to get the best rates out of all the places I called, guided me through the process each step, and was available anytime I had a question. Their unique portal allowed for seamless updates and kept the flow going. Even with some of the challenges of performing a CEMA in such an environment, Carl was able to guide me through the best options and prepare for all possible scenarios. Highly recommend the company and Carl in particular!
