  Look at the other reviews! I have an auto loan with this bank and have the same issues as everyone else. Their process is archaic and they make you jump through hoops to set up automatic payments and to view statement balance. Customer service is a nightmare and the collections department is worse to work with.

  I’ve been with this bank (auto loan) for a year and a half and have nothing negative to say at all. I can’t comment on their customer service because I’ve never needed to speak with anybody. While I do wish they would send me monthly statements, I keep track of my payments and how much I still owe through an app on my phone. I’m also grateful they have now added the option to pay online.

  I have never had a bad experience with American Eagle Bank. I’ve been banking with them for several years and have always have had prompt courteous friendly service. They have coffee and donuts on Fridays and are super good with kids. I actually like going inside there, it has a very good vibe.

  Horrible bank they repoed my car the same night I caught up on my payments and when trying to get my car back they wanted 2 payments in advance plus repo fee and storage fees before getting my car back. When I couldn't pay all that they sold my car and now I have a deficiency balance and they have harrassed me for 3 yrs now. Just last week a man named urie called me ignorant and said "my kind of people " which not sure exactly what he meant by that but it was plain rude and disrespectful.

  I agree with that comments about checks and cash. It’s not comfortable. But I totally disagree with those who wrote that people are impolite. I came there a few times, I called them a lot and every time they were very supportive. They called me when got the check from insurance company, so I could pay the difference and close credit at the same day. I had a lot of questions - it was my first credit, first accident and I’m not from USA, so don’t know for sure how system works - and they answered all of them POLITELY. That’s why I put 5 stars.

  What can I say worst customer service ever and banking! AVOID THIS BANK! My credit was 675 when I got loan they said on paperwork I got a 9.84 found out later it was a 10.41? How did it go up? 2. They said every month they mail a statement NO! 3. I always paid them a month in advance or early because I wanted to pay off early I would mail a check it would not show up on account till the 8th of the next month when the payment was due on the 9th so they could charge me all the interest that I was trying to avoid by paying early! Lastly most banks report every month to trans union they don’t there 3 months behind on my reporting! Thank GOD I traded my car in just to get away from this bank! Don’t go here if you have to go to JD byrider they will rip you off less then these people will!!!!

  I really enjoy working with this bank. They are easy to deal with and are really nice people. I always get my questions answered quickly and they try to help me as much as they can. I recommend them.
