  I came in touch with Jay Kim from American Capital funding through my realtor. Jay and his team worked very hard to make sure that I got the loan I needed to close on our new home. We started at the end of June and had closed by the start of August. The team was even able to bring the closing date nearer when requested. The process was smooth sailing and Jay and the team answered all my questions and in a timely manner!

  I used ACFG with as my home mortgage broker recently and they have been fantastic. They answered all of my questions, got an interest rate I was really happy with, and put out various fires that came up during the process. They were 100% responsive to emails / phone calls. I would do business with them again.

  Jay, Robert, and Maria were very helpful, they were willing to work with me at all hours and hold my hand through the whole process which is frankly reassuring since this was my first time refinancing. They gave me a lot of helpful advice and helped me run through all the possible situations. It definitely took a lot of the stress out of the situation. Should I get an opportunity to use them again, I will, be it a house or another refinance (if the rates drop favorably again).

  THE WORST. I've been a mortgage originator for 12 years and dealt with ACFG via sale of my residence as buyer obtained representation - THE WORST experience ever. Had to pull the loan from them and move to my bank to ensure settlement. They are incompetent and unprofessional. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
