  Lindsay Irvine was my main contact at AAG for my reverse mortgage, (also Amanda Ferguson). They made the process smooth with very little effort on my part, she explained everything thoroughly and understandably and was very pleasant to deal with! The reverse mortgage Is going to make things much easier financially for me in retirement and I’m very glad I did it. After researching multiple options and multiple companies and brokers offering reverse mortgages and other options I decided to go with AAG as I felt it was the most reputable!

  I had the pleasure of working with Amy Stone through my reverse mortgage experience. From the first phone call to the last, her tone was always warm and accommodating yet professional. Calls were always returned promptly with all questions answered thoroughly. She checked in regularly to update me on the status of my application. She took all of the stress out of the process. I can't imagine how it could have been any better. Thank you Amy!

  This was a nightmare due to our loan officer. He kept asking for things we already sent and kept telling us we will close next week. In the meantime we started this process in March and did not close until September. He called the day of the closing to tell us we need more money. He never investigated why before calling us. We sent him back to the drawing board to find out why. We did not need more money to the tune of $7,000.00. The appraisal was extremely low. Houses in this area are going for much more than we were appraised for. We asked that it be done again at their cost, He gave us some garbage answer, This cost us a fortune due to paying mortgage we did not have to pay and low appraisal.

  This was a big decision for me to make. My representative Lindsey Irvine made the process easier with all the information I needed. I had many questions and she always responded quickly and kindly back to me. There is a lot of paperwork but she was there to answer my questions and keep me calm through it all I would recommend AAG if you are thinking of a reverse mortgage and ask for Lindsey Irvine, she will make it a smooth transaction A satisfied customer

  I was working with another reverse mortgage company and I also called AAG for another opinion about reverse mortgages in general and about the AAG reverse mortgage process. I was contacted by Anita Gilbert from AAG. After my first converstion with Ms. Gilbert I knew that I would be switching to AAG. Anita Gilbert was so patient and so forthcoming with all the information I required. Her vast knowledge of the process and her abilty to take it "one step at a time" made the process straightforward and easy to understand.   AAG, specifically Loan Officer Ashley Kemp, will provide you financial security in your remaining years by obtaining a Reverse Mortgage. I retired early due to health issues. It was scary to realize how quickly my personal savings and 401k plans could be depleted without an income that I was accustomed to having. AAG was the perfect answer to my concerns. Throughout the application process, Ashley Kemp was always there providing professional service and answered all questions in easily understood terms. She was always available when needed....right to the very end.....which enabled me to close quickly, and without any issues. I would strongly recommend an AAG Reverse Mortgage to anyone seeking financial security as you might outlive your limited financial resources. If so, I would hope that you have the opportunity to be so fortunate to work with Ashley Kemp.
