  My husband and I would like to send out a huge thank you to both Joel and Kerry from America’s Loan Advisors. We recently completed a second home refinance with them and I cannot say enough great things about how they conduct business. It was late afternoon when I had spoke to Joel about options that we had with our situation and telling him that we would like to proceed. The great thing I liked about my conversation with Joel was that he asked what I was trying to accomplish and then he provided me with a great option that accomplished what we were trying to do and in the process saved us a lot of money. Within a couple of hours of speaking to Joel, our rate was locked and initial disclosures were sent over for signing. This was done all after normal business hours. The communication was outstanding. Kerry always kept us up to date of everything that was happening with our refinance. We knew we would be leaving town within a few weeks of starting the process. I made both Joel and Kerry aware that we would be going out of town and we were actually signing all of our closing documents about a week and a half later and were fully closed withing two weeks. Thank you Joel and Kerry for your outstanding service. Without hesitation, I would definitely recommend America’s Loan Advisors for all of your home loan needs.

  Joel and Kerry Harrison are an incredible team! Joel is very knowledgeable and provided a detailed, yet easy to read and understand spreadsheet with my rate, payment, and savings options. Kerry was thorough and efficient at gathering the documents required for a clean loan approval quickly. From start to finish my refinance took less than 18 days with an appraisal. I absolutely will continue to use Joel and Kerry for all of my home loan needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced, trustworthy mortgage broker.

  So I might be bias, because Joel is my brother and Kerry is my sister in law. The fact is I have been in the mortgage industry for over 28 years but I am not allowed to do my own loans with my own company, it is considered a conflict of interest. So I called the expert who trained me in the business my OLDER but much better looking bro. I am probably the worst client to have, my financials are complex, rental properties, other companies, properties with associations and I think I know best. My files are lots of work. Kerry as the processor did an amazing job on 7 mortgages they did for me, she is simply AWESOME!. My brother Joel was also amazing, he helped me look at options that I wasn't thinking of, as I was too close to the situation. I was really happy with the service I received and impressed with how great they really are. Thank you, your favorite bro, Tim :)

  As first time home buyers, my family needed Loan Advisors that would provide a level of service beyond Five Stars. Joel & Kerry were patient, always available on the phone, and made us feel like we were in the drivers seat. Joel met all of our expectations and more.   We've worked with Joel and Kerry twice and had a great experience both times. We were first-time homebuyers and Joel was incredibly honest, patient, and extremely helpful as we navigated the loan process for our home-buying experience. The process always seemed so daunting, but he made it so clear and easy. We then refinanced to take advantage of the lower interest rates and once again, the loan process was so fast and easy - and we were thrilled with the rate Joel was able to secure!   Joel and Kerry are phenomenal. Both are clearly experts at what they do and are an absolute pleasure to work with. They don't rely on cheap sales tactics to get business (if you've reached out to companies like RocketMortgage, you likely know what I mean). Joel and Kerry handled our mortgage refinance and completed everything at least a week sooner than the completion date estimate given by all other lenders/brokers I spoke with. I contacted somewhere around 8 or 10 lenders/brokers and America's Loan Advisors had very competitive rates. Definitely recommend giving them a call!

  Joel and Kerry, they are an absolute amazing duo to work with. My refinance experience with them during this COVID-19 pandemic period was so soothing, it made things easier for me to relax. I certainly appreciated the way they handled everything, from early paperwork to securing the lowest possible refinance Interest for my closing disclosures. Never once did I think about whether it mattered if they were local or out of the area from where I work or live.   Joel has extensive knowledge about the mortgage business from his decades of experience, but that's expected. Gauge a lender by their willingness to go out of their way to help people. I'm a realtor, and my buyer decided to change jobs the week of his escrow closing! Normally, that would cause a lengthy delay to re-verify employment, and most lenders would wait two weeks until he got his first paystub. Joel personally took charge and expedited the verifications, and WE CLOSED ON TIME, without any delay! It exemplified how much Joel cares about your experience - I highly recommend!
