  I’ve had the privilege of utilizing the services of this location on numerous occasions. I mostly deal with Santiago, who provides excellent customer skills and is very knowledgeable no matter the request. He is the kind of employee who should be valued by management!   Before I got to know Amerant Bank we have dealt with Chase Bank, Bank Of America and Bank Atlantic ( Now BB&T), the difference is just so clear and so glaring. Relationship is personal they get to know you and you get to know them and you, your business and your life will be better for it. In all honesty they go the extra mile to see to your success and your progress. If you need a bank that will cheer lead your success, progress and not be judged by how many zeros behind your first figure then go with Amerant Bank. Be it Sergio, Yvonne, Raquel or the store manager Ony, they are all wonderful people, a special breed of caring and loving folks.
