  This was our 6th mortgage, but first time using Gateway. They were recommended by our realtor, so we decided to apply concurrently with them and our bank. There was not even any comparison! Almost immediately, we were getting documents processed, super fast responses and final loan approval in less than half the time it would normally take. We went from offer acceptance on a home to "clear to close" in only 8 days! We are still marveling at how fast and easy the process was with Gateway. And, on top great service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, we will definitely use Gateway again!

  My wife and I just closed on a home with Gateway. Amanda and her team went above and beyond to help us get the home we wanted. Their service was truly remarkable. We started looking at homes casually and unexpectedly found just the home we wanted on a Saturday. Amanda fast tracked our pre-approval and enabled us to place an offer on the home that same day. Less than a month later, we were able to close. The speed at which Gateway was able to perform ultimately made the difference in the seller choosing our offer as there were other competing offers. Furthermore, we got the best interest rate I have ever seen and our payment is far lower than any quote we received from other lending companies. Excellent service!
