      Trenton at Altana in the heights is a joy to work with. I had a very difficult interaction with an out of state auto dealer and he took care of it. Trenton went above and beyond and the rates are great. I would highly recommend Altana Credit Union.

      I refinanced my car loan with Koreen Hyde the Branch Manager of the Heights Altana! She was quick, attentive, fully explained every detail and lowered my payment and interest rate from my previous loan. I highly recommend Koreen and this branch!!

      I highly would not recommend doing business with this bank. I spoke to Trenton, whom first off was not friendly or helpful nor did he make an attempt to work with me on a loan. Unless, I agreed to paying 14.99 on an auto with a credit of line 700. Ridiculous and inconsiderate. Don't take your business there.
