  I needed to open a business account and I was able to send everything in and Melinda Klocke was amazing had it done for me In no time ordered my checks set up everything she is the best !! I use to only work with Claudia but Melinda is my go to at Alltru !! Thanks Melinda !!

  I have been with alltru credit union for awhile now.This is a credit union that has always went above and beyond for me and my family. This is a place that gives you great credit opportunities when others won't.   I worked a 14 hour shift and had to get a new debit card afterwards. The bank hadn't opened inside yet. But the manager told me he would take care of it in the drive thru. They had me in and out in no time. It's little thing like this that make this bank so much nicer than any I have had before. Thank you all!

  The tellers are always nice quick & efficient. They take the time needed for each person & never a sour attitude to need to do anything additional for you. Customer service is excellent as are their staff that work with small loans,etc. They are great to my kids as both have accounts on of which is a cubby account. There's a small play section my daughter loves and keeps her busy while I bank. Great idea. I've used another shared branch and been with them over 30 yes along with my parents. Service used to be great their too now all the old employees and management have left and they are nothing compared anymore to 1st Financial. I used to use 1st Financial as my shared branch. Not anymore. Their great service made it easy to get an account & they are informative & helpful & you can tell even the employees are happy working there. I recommend them to many. So happy I got an account with them. Never disappointed.

  Been a customer since i left St Louis 8 yrs ago and wanted to keep at least one account open there and they have consistently offered the best service and make it easy for customers who live out of state ! Thank you for retaining the same values if not better than 1st Financial FCU im here to stay! Love the email and virtual teller options i feel like im still in St Louis although i reside 789 miles away! Thank you AllTru dont change

  Their customer service is nonexistent. I've reached out to them no less than 3 times this week and no one has contacted me back. All i'm trying to do is give them my new auto insurance policy information so they don't think i cancelled my insurance and send me a letter saying i'm out of compliance with my loan agreement. This is the 2nd time I've had to deal with this exact same issue from them. My next loan will definitely be through a more reputable credit union *UPDATE* It's amazing that a company like this won't contract you agget sending an email from their website, but give a bad review and they'll contact you immediately. Definitely going with a differently credit union next time.

  Terrible customer service never return calls or messages, not customer friendly waiting a month for lien release offered 10% interest on refinance automobile no one can give honest answers staff unsure regarding everything don't work in your best interest btw! I had car-loan through them and never missed a payment or was late on payment ever! Cant get bank or staff get anything done correctly or in appropriate time. Go some where else. Not worth your time. Six years! Never missed a payment or late. Always paid more than minimum due. Paid off early! They never reported my good credit history. But miss one and they’re all over you! Then when i tried to purchase new vehicle they denied me? This bank and credit union really sucks! Beware go elsewhere. Company motto should be Dewey Cheatham and how!

  Withdrawal of $250.00 and three days latter went to put the money in Christmas cards only to find out there was only $230.00 teller would pull back a $20.00 bill and count it again and say she thought two where stuck together she did it so many times I lost count I should of stayed there and counted it out myself but I live so far away I just wanted to get home so count your money before you leave the bank it's impossible to prove when you go home .

  Great place to finance or refinance a vehicle. Easy and doesnt take long. Customer service is friendly and very helpful. No outrageous fees. Great benefits with different checking accounts.
