  AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION AT ALL COSTS! Do not trust these people with your personal information. Let me start by saying TINA and DIANA or DEENA (the “fake CEO”) are totally incompetent for their jobs. They both appeared to lack knowledge, education AND sense. I asked TINA a question about refinancing my vehicle and she responded with “Im not going to argue with you” like what a JOKE of a woman. I was confused when she said that because how did a question turn into that remark from a professional. She hung up in my face over 5 times and when I called back she even kept answering and hanging up. I told DEENA my concerns with her worker TINA and she said “I don’t believe my worker did that” well she did and I recorded it because it was just that ridiculous. This business won’t be around for long. There are other great and professional competing credit unions in the area to use - don’t waste your time here or give them your business.

  This business is going completely DOWN HILL. Deena the manager should be ashamed of herself and her business and how she runs it. Read the reviews, she is not good at what she is doing. Scamming your customers will never be acceptable.

  Asked for a 5 year truck loan 3 years ago - denied (even with a 790 credit score). Got a loan through my bank - paid it off in 3 years (thppt to Alloy FCU). Then I discover they are charging a $5.00 dormancy fee (never informed me of this change) - so pulling my remaining funds out today ! Far cry from the organization that was when my dad worked at Alloy.

  TINA is a very trash worker at this establishment. Talking trash to your customers never will pay off. It decreases revenue, sales, and business reviews hahahahaha

  THEY HAVE THE HIGHEST LOAN RATES EVER AND ARE SCAMMERS. THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE SCAMMING ARE CORRECT.
