  My wife and I have been customers for several years now. Shannon and her team have been a total life saver. We have kids that play a travel sport, and anyone who knows the costs associated with that knows it can be downright expensive. Whenever we call up and tell them that we need extra cash to make it happen, they make it possible. During the pandemic I fell ill causing me to lose time away from work. The disability insurance Alliance offered on my loan helped out big time. I’m so glad we had it! My payments were covered during the time I was unable to work. That product provided major relief. The staff is always helpful and actually cares about their customers. They know us by first name when we walk through the door, and know my wife’s voice when she calls the office. I will do business with them over other local loan companies or big banks any day. Endless thanks to Shannon, Natalie and Miss Lillian. We appreciate you and all that you do for our family! You help make things happen!

  I have been a customer for several years and have had various loans. I highly recommend them if you need a loan as they will work hard to get you one. The whole staff is super, always have a smile on there face and are there to work for you! The Gem of the staff is the Manager Shannon Ragsdale, she runs a smooth operation and has great customer service! In all my years of buying stuff or getting loans, she is the best I have ever seen with Customer satisfaction, she treats all customers like Family! I will definitely continue to use them and highly recommend to my friends and family!

  I'm very grateful for Alliance Finance! Shannon was extremely helpful walking us through getting out of a really bad decision with a title pawn. Alliance gave us extremely affordable monthly payments and were very patient with our work schedules as far as getting paperwork signed. Definitely recommend this company and will continue to do business! Thank you ladies!

  These are the friendliest people in Paulding County.I have been a customer with Alliance Finance for approximately 3 years and through the good and rough times, I've always appreciated the support and kindness from the entire staff.They're personable and professional with a unique understanding of how to accommodate any situation without that usual harshness associated with other loan companies.They offer low rate flexible loans with a family styled atmosphere unlike any other finance or loan institution I've been associated with in my 55 years of living.I am a Disabled Veteran and A Father and Grandfather and I highly recommend Alliance Finance for all of your financial needs,and by the way,I have never endorsed any loan company in my life, but I felt compelled to share with everyone my positive experiences with this company.They truly are professionals in every aspect and they have always made me feel like family.Now,If I can only get the keys to the Hummer(inside joke)!!!!!!!

  When I tell you that this family owned business has helped me beyond belief. If you are good to them, they are good to you. Ms. Brenda was an absolute life saver and her daughter, Shannon, has picked up where she left off. All of the employees are sweet as pie. Bottom line.... If they approve you, prove your commitment by honoring it, which means paying on time, and they'll go out of their way to continue having your back! Love this company and it's staff!!!!

  I went to get a loan and am VERY impressed by the level of professionalism and friendliness! The kind lady with the red hair up front made sure to go above and beyond answering questions and catering to my every need. I will recommend Alliance Finance to everyone I know!
