  Needed replacement for check card, went in and waited 50 mins and had to leave without card. Only one person can do cards and she was with a couple trying to process a loan for them. The other guy was helpful, but when I mentioned I had other appts and asked if she could take the two minutes needed to just hit the print button after he had everything set up for her he said no. His initial ETA had been 20 mins and that was pushing me. After 50 he said another 10 mins maybe. I don't think so. Late for appt. No card. Frustrated.

  I don’t have to visit much with all the conveniences AFCU has, but when I do it is a pleasure to see Debbie Davis and the smiling faces of her team! Always so helpful and full of knowledge when I have forgotten something! Thanks for always smiling and being there when I need ya! #allegacyrocks

  The gentleman was very helpful. Not alot of parking. I believe there are only 2 parking spots reserved for Allegacy bank. No drive thru ATM (there is one but not drive thru). Only one teller the "Spartan" machine. There is no privacy and everyone can hear your business. If there is something wrong with a dollar bill too old, too many folds, or stained the spartan wont take it.

  They are closed during lunch hours...i guess they can't afford to employee someone for that 1 hour
