  When I call, I have to wait on hold anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour only to be told I've been transferred to the wrong department and can't be transferred to the right one. The agents rush me off the phone though they expect me to wait patiently for an hour to speak 20 seconds with them. In person the representative who 'helped' me seemed really disinterested in opening my account, not personable at all. I only recommend this bank if you have nowhere else to go.

  Always friendly... plenty of tellers vs. Customers so I am always in and out. Very polite and welcoming bank. I love when I have doctors appointments out there because that means I get to visit this staff and they treat you really good. Very pleasant environment

  Waited almost a hour then left 2 people at the window one sitting down. No one seem like they wanted to work today. Reminded me of Disneyland with out the ride at the end. Maybe give your employees coffee ☕.

  Excellent Customer Service!! Victoria helped my husband and I today at the Apple Valley branch on Apple Valley Rd and she went above and beyond for us with all the help she gave us and we appreciated her wonderful attitude and willingness to assist us and we weren't even account holders at Alaska USA, and her professionalism she provided to us have convinced me and my husband to become future members with this credit union in the very near future! Great job Victoria!!
