  We have over a million dollars worth of loans with ATCU, they were transferred from other banks once Mike Self started working here. Our interest rates were lowered and saved us a significant amount of money. We have two business accounts and are also using their remote check deposit service and have been happy with all the employees. Kim Long, Rachel, Amber, Sabrina and Taylor have all been very professional, responsive and helpful with any questions and gone out of their way to help get things started and finished for us personally and professionally. Highly recommend giving them a call for any financial services.

  Great customer service and everyone is so friendly! I love working with Mike, Taylor, Amber, Stephanie & Toni! They are so helpful with anything that I need! Always professional and prompt! Great community bank and would recommend to anyone! :)

  Recently worked with Kim Jackson for my car loan. She and Mike Self went above and beyond to help me with this. Very nice, professional, and went above and beyond to get this done. By far, the best experience I’ve ever had when doing a new car loan and there has been many car loans in my life.

  I would like to say Teacher's has been so good to me. MIKE SELF has been so helpful in helping me to get a credit issue corrected. Mike truly cares about meeting the needs of people. Mike loves his job and it shows! He has compassion in his heart.

  I highly recommend doing business with Mike Self and ATCU. Mike Self is honest, trustworthy and he really goes above and beyond to help anyone.   I have used the Centre location for years and it is been great. I haven’t used the Gadsden location, but I have worked with Mike Self for quite some time in the past. He is very knowledgeable and I definitely never felt uncomfortable around him!

  This is the worst bank in Gadsden, AL. The bank tellers have no clue what customer service is and pick and choose who they want to be polite to. I was asked where my money came from while making a deposit, as if I didn't work or sowmthing. I asked to have the manager call me to discuss the matter and when she did she gave me a complete disgusting attitude (defending her teller) and told me my business didn't matter. I wouldn't use this bank if it was the only one in town.
