  Great customer service! You get access to a live branch employee quickly. I am always thankful we bank with them when an issue needs to be resolved. Doug Killough went above and beyond in handling a bank error. He pressed for the information to be provided quicker, and resolved our issue swiftly. Doug stayed in frequent contact through email and phone to ensure I was aware of progress.

  Good times at a first rate credit union. We had a chamber of commerce event at this location. Great facilities. Great people. Great products. Definitely recommend.

  Called ahead and asked if I could get a cashier's check as a non member, and was told I could. So I went into this location and asked a teller about this. Her neighboring teller, an older blonde woman, gives me a sour look and tells her not to do it and not to look in her handbook, despite there being obviously different instructions in their handbook. Once I asked to talk to someone, my initial teller disappeared for a few minutes and came back without anyone. The lack of communication and terrible customer service from the blonde teller made it an easy decision not to use them for my new banking needs.

  Do not go here for a loan. Constantly had to keep calling for an update and was ignored. Worst bank experience I’ve ever dealt with. Heidi Deese should reconsider working with the public because she never called us by the correct names one time and lied to us from the beginning.

  This is the third time. I'm out of town. I have money in my account & it's on the weekend & suddenly my card does not work & I'm stranded. There's no emergency number to call. I'm switching back to my other bank!

  There are never any ATMs/ITMs that work. This is twice in the past two months I have spent over an hour trying to find a working one to deposit money into. The main branch has been down both times and I can never get deposits to work at the new Alberta branch. One of them doesn’t give the deposit option while the other spins for an absurd amount of time before finally telling you it can’t process your transaction. They took away the atm on Jack Warner so now that one isn’t an option anymore. It’s extremely frustrating.

  My checking account was hacked on 10/13/21 for close to $2500.00. Since this happened I have spoken with Visa who Alabama One no longer uses and the burden is completely on me!! 3 charges, one for Best Buy, one for Apple and the other for Western Union! Now this bank has denied my card over $124.00 for suspicious activity that was me!! but not 2500$?!? I received a letter from Alabama One is telling me that my Western Union claim is an invalid dispute. The receipt from Western Union is a joke my last name is even completely wrong !! Yet Alabama One stated if I didn’t return the arbitration request by November 24, that they would rule against me and take $450 back out of my account!! That is stealing 100%! I have no faith in this place!! I used to love this bank but since the names have changed so has the character and the customer service . Be aware of this credit union !!!

  This the the best credit union Ive ever been too very underrated but people dont know what its like to bank there. So its better than regions but all you gotta do is be careful but overrall I have not had any problems. Even though I'm new at this bank but its better than nothing.

  It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to contact a live person, or to receive a callback. In the past there have been technical glitches with automatic payments that resulted in late payments that common sense would have shown that I was not the reason. I would never recommend using them. They are a hot mess.

  Objectively have had good to great experiences at multiple locations - including the ATMs and app with mobile check deposit.
