  I sold a car to a person who is a member of this credit union. The person called me from the credit union when was trying to get the loan approved and asked me all the details about my vehicle. The next day the person called me back and told me the dollar amount that the bank would approve to loan for the purchase my vehicle. I asked, are you sure that they included all of the features of my vehicle because according to the NADA website my car should’ve been valued at way more than the credit union would approve for it. I asked the credit union employee when I met them did they include all the features for my vehicle and she said she was pretty sure that they did when I confronted her about double checking she pretty much ignored me. So I pretty much lost about $1000 off the price of my vehicle back out to the credit union didn’t want to approve any more money for it. When the NADA website tells you that your vehicle is worth way more than they are willing to loan someone for. Of course the buyer of the car was thrilled because they had to pay less money but it hurt the seller. I will not use this credit union again because I don’t believe they tried to value my car correctly and I lost money.

  To the people who say this is the post office location- why rate a credit union you’re OBVIOUSLY not using? This credit union is located with the post office. And it is awesome. I have 2 vehicles financed with ACU. They are very helpful and really want to help me. I got extended warranties with my used car loans and reduced the payment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. they actually work for you, not a bank. 👍🏼

  Online banking is useless. Getting someone on the phone is impossible. Do not recommend getting a loan through this credit union. This is the most complicated place to make a payment.

  This is the location of a post office that has been here since 1970. The credit union is hidden inside the PO.
